Join the 2026 JSAB Planning Committee!

About the Joint Service Academy Ball

The Joint Service Academy Ball (JSAB) is more than a gala; it is a 25-year tradition of honor, unity, and celebration for our cadets and midshipmen. Hosting this event at the National Museum of the United States Army on December 20th is a massive undertaking, and we need a diverse team to bring it to life.

We are currently looking for volunteers to lead or support the following areas. Please let us know which "bucket" interests you:

  • Sponsorships & Fundraising: Help us partner with local businesses and organizations to keep ticket prices accessible for our students.
  • Creative & Decor: Help design the look and feel of the evening, from floral arrangements to the formal program and "swag bags."
  • Hospitality & Outreach: Coordinate with the other four academies, manage the guest list, and lead the check-in team on the night of the ball.
  • Communications: Help us get the word out through social media, email newsletters, and local academy networks.
  • Logistics & Operations: Work behind the scenes on venue coordination, seating charts, and the "run of show."
  • Multimedia: Help coordinate photography, videography, or the traditional slideshow featuring our cadets and midshipmen.

No experience is necessary—just a willing heart to serve those who are preparing to serve.

Next Steps

If you’d like to be added to our planning group, please fill out the short interest form linked by the button below. We look forward to working with you to make the 2026 Ball the best one yet!
