Family Weekend Tailgate

We will be hosting a tailgate for the West Point Family Weekend Football Game, October 11, 2024 and need your help! Please let us know if you can help with manning the tent by sending an email to volunteer@wppc-mddcva.org.

Graduation Luncheon Chairperson

We are seeking a chairperson to coordinate the 2025 Graduation Luncheon on May 24, 2025 — graduation day. This is an easy event to run and serves as our club's final farewell to the outgoing 2nd Lieutenants.

Social Media Coordinator

We are seeking a member to coordinate the Club's communications and social media. This involves sharing information via FaceBook/Instagram and answering questions from those channels. Interested? Please email us at volunteer@wppc-mddcva.org.

Membership Coordinator

 Creates a database for incoming members, level purchased, and maintenance of membership directory. Reaches out to welcome new parents and provide an outlet of available support with any questions, concerns, etc. Begin training August 2025; take over January 2026. volunteer@wppc-mddcva.org

Secretary

The secretary sets up the Executive Board and quarterly club meetings via Google Meet. Records results of Executive Board meetings and publishes the results. begin training August 2026; take over January 2027. volunteer@wppc-mddcva.org

Vice President 2

Supports the Vice President and President. Needed from the Class of 2028. Begin January 2025 to shadow on the board to eventually move into VP1 and President position, leaving January 2028. volunteer@wppc-mddcva.org
