We do not issue tickets! Make a reservation, then on the day of departure, scan the Quick Response (QR) Code when you board the bus. After you scan the code, press send and a text message will be sent to check-in.
If you text "STOP" by mistake, type "UNSTOP". Please allow the Club to send you texts related to our Bus Service, we use the texting service for accountability.
Please do! Non-member reservations are available without the member discount.

Cadets will be updated with text messages. These messages are from the Club’s Transportation Coordinators. They are Club parents and are here to help you get to your destination (833) 867-8050.

Spotsylvania Towne Centre (Frederickburg) -
I-95 exit 130B (Culpeper). The sign for Spotsylvania Towne Centre will be on the left about 2 lights ahead, as well as a McDonald’s. Turn left into the mall parking lot there. The bus normally parks in front of Belk Fashions.
Hilton Hotel, 6550 Loisdale Road, Springfield
Laurel Rest Areas I-95 between Exit 38 (MD Rt 32) and Exit 35 (MD Rt 216).
White Marsh Park and Ride I-95 exit 67B (White Marsh Blvd, Rt 43 west).
DelawareTravel Plaza On the median between the North and South bound travel lanes of I-95, exit to the travel plaza is from the left lane. The Travel Plaza
located north of the Delaware Toll Plaza and south of the Christiana Mall.
If we are using a Motor Coach bus, there will be plenty of space for luggage.
If we are using a Mini-coach (14 passengers) please limit to a backpack or carry-on size bag.
For most trips we will be use a Motor Coach.
If the Cadet Bus Service is delayed, our Transportation Coordinators will contact the Parent Coordinator at the West Point Public Affairs Office (PAO). We coordinate our departure and arrival times with the PAO.
You can cancel 7 days prior to bus departure for a refund.

It happens. Call the bus company's customer service number at (302) 454-7800. If the driver locates your item, you can arrange for a pickup with the company or have the item mailed.
