Celebrating its 17th year, the DMV West Point Leadership, Ethics, and Diversity in STEM (WPLEADS) Workshop annually inspires over 200+ local, underserved students, educators, local community leaders, and influencers.

WPLEADS strives to cultivate a passion for STEM education and character-driven leadership in participants, leaving a lasting impact on the local community.
